From skating lessons or birthday parties to a romantic evening on the ice, Las Vegas has a number of ice skating rinks that offer exactly what you need. If you have always wanted to join a hockey team or join a pick-up game, you have that opportunity. If you have dreamed of figure skating, you can fulfill that dream, too. But the most magical experience of all is a rink high up above the glitter of the strip which lets you glide on the ice and feel as though you can almost touch the stars.

There is something magical about skating on a specially prepared ice skating rink overlooking the glamorous Las Vegas Strip. The Cosmopolitan once again opens its winter wonderland with a Central Park theme, where folks can enjoy the nippy evening air while indulging in tasty s’mores, warm cocktails and toasty fire pits. Mondays are Date Skate night and “Throwback Thursdays” celebrate the music of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. If you don’t have your own skates, rentals are reasonable. Nevada residents get a $5 reduction on skating costs. While admission to the rink is free, you must pay for the skating experience, and children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age.

But the staff also offers skating lessons, public skating and an arcade. This arena is the perfect place for an icy good birthday party hosted in one of the two new party rooms. The frosty fun is available year-round and makes for a unique and special occasion.

There is also some scheduled time for skating practice and fun skating, too. This is the place where professionals go to start their careers, but it’s also a friendly place where staff will help you with all your needs.
