Cinco de Mayo, Spanish for the fifth of May, is a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. This year the holiday falls on a Monday, setting Las Vegas up for a long weekend of partying. Lindo Michoacan has three restaurant bar locations in Las Vegas. Celebrate with specialty drinks like the pineapple chipotle margarita or the “Choke on the Smoke,” a margarita topped off with a measure of los danzantes reposado mezcal – tequila’s smoky cousin.

Aliante Casino, Hotel and Spa will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo all weekend long with a four-day party beginning on Friday, May 2, running though Monday, May 5, at The Salted Lime. The weekend will include appearances by tequila brand promotional teams complete with tastings and giveaways. Drink specials include the ‘Most Interesting Margarita in the World,’ a unique 20-ounce cocktail served with a 12-ounce Dos Equis lager, along with a variety of other signature margaritas and drink bomb combinations anywhere from $2-$7.
