Halloween is only a couple of weeks away. If you haven’t already bought your costume, it’s time to get cracking. Your first inclination might be to head to the nearest Halloween store or big box retailer, but the prices are higher and the inventories limited. Save some bucks by visiting an outlet store or use some creativity and make your own costume from items at your local thrift shop. Here are few places in Las Vegas where you can find that perfect costume on a budget.
