Biggest monthly drop in Nevada in more than 30 years
Nevada’s unemployment rate held steady at 9.5 percent in August, maintaining the highest jobless rate in the country even though it added 11,200 jobs from a month ago, state officials said Friday.

Nevada’s unemployment rate fell in February to a seasonally adjusted 12.3 percent, down from 12.7 percent in January.
