The 49ers have just started their bye week and have already gotten enough news to last the entire week. While some of it’s bad, most of it’s good and San Francisco will be a dangerous team coming off their bye week.
San Francisco has a lot of players on their injury report, but the biggest is Patrick Willis. The 49ers will hope the defense can play well without him, and hope that the secondary holds up. On the other side of the ball the Broncos have to be elated with their injury report.
Few 49er fans know the name Chris Borland. This will change Sunday Night as he will be asked to fill in for Patrick WIllis and help contain the Denver Broncos offense.
San Francisco continues to get player back, and just in time. This week they face an Eagles team that is undefeated, and the 49ers need a win. Philadelphia will be without a few offensive lineman so San Francisco will look to take advantage and win th battle of the trenches.
When the 49ers and Seahawks meet for the third time this season the stakes could not be higher. The winner will move on to the Super Bowl, while the loser will have to deal with falling just short of the big stage and to make matters worse at the hands of their hated division rival.
