This weekend of NFL action brought about a number of huge storylines, but not all of them were incredibly positive and some of them were downright scary. In a weekend full of snow, there were some serious injuries and a broken record that had stood for decades in the NFL.
This is yet another “bizarro” season in the NFL but it is in a different way than it was last season when random bad teams were trashing good teams. Now, there is a lot of unexpected news coming out of different NFL cities and the stories may not be explained any time soon.
The NFL isn’t always fun and games as sometimes it can lead to some scary, frightening and downright sad situations. This week was filled with court cases, injuries and Europe getting NFL action that they may not even want anymore.
The NFL can actually bring about a wide range of emotions all in the course of a couple of days. The New England Patriots brought about confusion and anger. The Green Bay Packers brought about fear and concern. The Tennessee Titans brought about tears and sadness.
With the midway point of the season almost here, the AFC is a strange place to be. On Sunday, the Patriots welcomed back Rob Gronkowski, but lost their second game of the season. The fans of the Indianapolis Colts welcomed back their shunned quarterback. Finally, the Kansas City Chiefs remained unbeaten.
Week 5 of the NFL saw a number of big-time things happen, and not all of them were good. A few teams suffered some setbacks and those include injuries that could greatly affect the team’s immediate future.
