Echelon Project to be Revived as World Resort Las Vegas

Enthusiasm is running high for plans to revive the Echelon resort project, presented on Monday by an international resort developer. The Genting Group will build a mega-resort on the Echelon site, featuring a convention center, an indoor water park, three theaters, and several hotels.
