Alan Stock is one of the all time most well known talk show hosts in Las Vegas.
Talkers Magazine, the bible of the talk radio industry, has named Alan Stock as one of the 100 most influential talk radio hosts in America for sixteen straight years. Radio and Records, the one-time bible of the entire radio industry, named Alan one of six top local talk radio personalities in the nation. Alan has been the recipient of three Electronic Media Awards. In 2003, Alan was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Association’s Hall of Fame.
Alan is a proud member of VFW Post 983, and for the past 16 years has been the Master of Ceremonies for the annual Veterans’ Day Parade in Las Vegas, the second largest Veterans’ Day parade in the nation.
Alan graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and a Masters Degree in psychology from California State University at Dominguez Hills. Alan and his wife Rhoda were childhood sweethearts and have been married for 47 years. They have twin daughters, two great sons-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters…and a Shiranian (Shih Tzu/Pomeranian) pooch named Daisy.
