Experts will be there to answer your questions, including Scott Kipper the Nevada Commissioner of Insurance, plus representatives from the Silver State Health Exchange, Nevada Health Co-Op, United Health Care, and Nevada Benefits.
Plus, there will be more than 20 health-related businesses in the exhibit area
Join us for our Radio Health Care 101 forums where will present an unbiased, informational view of the current state of healthcare in Southern Nevada, an introduction to the health insurance marketplace, and provide answers to the many questions surrounding the Affordable Care Act and the various healthcare options and registration issues now presented to the public.
The Radio Health Care 101 forum will be held on Saturday March 15th at the YMCA on 3521 N. Durango, expert panelists will speak to the attendees on topics such as the health insurance exchange, how to register, “the math” of the Affordable Care Act (where do you fit in and what do you pay), levels of coverage, preexisting condition coverage, employer responsibilities, and more. The experts will then answer questions from the audience. Attendees will also interact with health-related businesses in the exhibit area with over 20 on-site vendors.
