LAS VEGAS (KXNT) – Detectives identified two suspects and released surveillance video they hope will help them catch the men who shot and killed another man in a Northeast Valley gas station parking lot earlier this month.
Las Vegas Metro Police Homicide investigators are seeking Jordan and Victor Delgado as well as a possible third suspect in connection with the shooting at the Chevron Terrible’s station on the 6600 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard just around 6 a.m. on Oct. 13, a LVMPD statement reported.
Witnesses said the victim, 28-year-old Daniel Villanueva, was arguing with two other men when one pulled a gun and opened fire. Villanueva was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jordan Delgado, 19, and Victor Delgado, 23, fled the area in silver 2008 Mercedes-Benz with the the Nevada license plate number 04C-057 just before police arrived.
Investigators are also looking for the driver of that vehicle, who may also face charges in connection with the killing.
In addition to previous booking photos of the suspects, surveillance video released from the altercation show Villanueva and the suspects circling each other and throwing punches just before the shooting.
Anyone with information about the Delgados’ whereabouts or the location of the vehicle were asked to contact the LVMPD Homicide Section at 702-828-3521 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
