LAS VEGAS (KXNT) – One man was killed and two more were sought in connection with a fight in a Northeast Valley gas station parking lot that led to fatal gunfire, according to authorities.

The shooting happened near a gas pump at the Chevron Terrible’s station on the 6600 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard just after 6 a.m. Thursday, a Las Vegas Metro Police statement reported.

A preliminary investigation determined the victim was arguing with two other men when one pulled a gun and opened fire. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity was not immediately released pending family notification.

Witnesses reported the suspects fled the area in a small silver car just before police arrived.
