LAS VEGAS (AP) — Two families have been displaced after high winds exacerbated a house fire in southeast Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that multiple fire crews were called Thursday to battle the blaze on the 9800 block of Raven Wing Canyon Court, near East Silverado Ranch Boulevard and South Spencer Street, a fire made worse by the dry, windy conditions in the city.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
American Red Cross of Southern Nevada is assisting two families displaced by the fire.
