LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities in Las Vegas say a man was arrested after a shooting that wounded two people in a parking area at McCarran International Airport.
Police say the gunfire a little before 6 p.m. Monday involved a man who had a previous relationship with a woman who arrived in Las Vegas with a man after traveling.
The suspected gunman was later arrested at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in North Las Vegas.
The names of the suspect and the wounded weren’t immediately made public.
Capt. Vincent Cannito told reporters the shooting occurred in a long-term parking lot on the sixth floor of the Terminal 1 parking structure.
He says the wounded woman and man were hospitalized in stable condition.
