LAS VEGAS (AP) — Officials say at least 12 people have received medical attention after someone discharged pepper spray during a confrontation in the lobby of a Las Vegas hotel.
The Clark County Fire Department treated people at the scene of the Thursday morning incident but no one was taken to a hospital.
Police had responded to the Alexis Park Resort near the Strip to reports of a stolen vehicle.
They say it appears that a fight broke out over the vehicle, which led to several people being pepper sprayed.
The lobby was evacuated and fire crews ventilated the area.
The incident remains under investigation.
