(Las Vegas, NV) — There’s more consolidation in the gaming equipment industry.
New York-based Scientific Games will purchase Las Vegas-based Bally Technologies in a deal worth just over $5 billion.
The newly-formed company will consolidate operations, and the deal is expected to close next year.
