(Las Vegas, NV, AP) — The oldest standing bar in Sin City has new owners. The Downtown Project, spearheaded by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, has purchased Atomic Liquors’ building and land. Co-owner Lance Johns tells the “Las Vegas Sun” he and his partners will continue to run the Fremont Street business.

The Atomic opened in 1952, and became famous for rooftop viewings of above-ground nuclear blasts from the old Nevada Test Site.
