( Las Vegas, NV ) – Overall passenger traffic at McCarran Airport was relatively flat for the month of May.

Technically it was up .3% from May of last year with approximately 3.7 million people coming and going through the airport.

For the year-to-date it’s a 2.4% increase from the first 5 months of 2013.

As has been the case with many of the last few months, the rise in traffic is led by international passengers, showing a 12% increase from May of last year, and a 7% year-to-date bump.

Domestic arrivals and departures actually dipped slightly, down .3% from a year ago, although the year-to-date figure is up 2% from 2013.
