(Las Vegas, NV) — Caesars Entertainment wants to hear from LINQ visitors.
The company has contracted with Osurv, to conduct mobile surveys. Osurv C-O-O Aaron Abram tells the Las Vegas Morning News as customers walk around they can give feedback, giving Caesars more insight from visitors.
Abram says signage will instruct visitors how to use their smartphones to go online and take a survey. He says the survey is fun and will take about twenty seconds to take.
As thousands of people take the mobile survey, Caesars will know almost instantly what’s working and what might need some work.
