Vegas Man Sentenced In Sex Case
TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — A Nevada man convicted by a federal jury in Tucson in a sex case involving an underage girl has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Prosecutors say 39-year-old Keith Deshawn Anderson of Las Vegas also was sentenced Monday to five years of supervised release after serving his prison term
Anderson was found guilty last November on four counts of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Prosecutors say the evidence at trial showed Anderson transported a juvenile girl multiple times from Arizona to Nevada and engaged in statutory rape in 2011 and 2012.
