(Las Vegas, NV) — A plea bargain has been reached in a southwest valley restaurant crash that injured nearly a dozen people.
Gage Lindsey’s attorney says the 19-year-old will plead guilty to two counts of DUI causing substantial bodily harm.
A court hearing is set for April 24th.
Authorities say Lindsey plowed his car into the Egg and I restaurant on Sahara and Decatur last April, sending ten people to the hospital.
Lindsey faces up to 40 years in prison.
