(Las Vegas, NV) — A Food Network star has chosen a name for his first Las Vegas restaurant.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar opens next month at the new Quad complex on the center Strip.
The UNLV graduate tells the “Las Vegas Sun” he will offer, “really delicious, creative and funky food with bold flavors.”
Featured items will include fries tossed in buffalo wing sauce and topped with blue cheese, along with Fieri’s own take on chicken wings and tacos.
Fieri is the latest celebrity chief to open shop on the Las Vegas Strip, joining such names as Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse and Gordon Ramsay.
