Water Still Deep For Many Homeowners

(Las Vegas, NV) — Many valley homeowners remain underwater along  with  millions nationwide.

CoreLogic reports almost 6.5 million residential properties are “underwater” across the country while 32.6 percent of the residential properties in the valley are still in negative equity.

To break it down further CoreLogic reports 130,147 residential properties were in negative equity in the fourth quarter of 2013 in Las  Vegas-Henderson-Paradise. Those numbers are down from 135,573 properties in the third quarter of 2013.
