COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Air Force proved to be no match for the scarlet red-hot shooting Runnin’ Rebels Saturday afternoon as UNLV routed the Falcons 93-67.

For the first time this season, UNLV scored over 50 points in a single half as Khem Birch’s double double (15 points on 6 of 7 shooting, 14 rebounds) lead seven UNLV players who ended up in double figures.

Overall, the Rebels shot an astounding 62 percent from the field including 12 of 18 from behind the arc. UNLV avenged a loss against Air Force at the Thomas & Mack the last time the two teams met January 4th.

The Rebels play their final home game of the season on Wednesday against San Diego State before the Mountain West tournament starts on March 12th
