NEPHI, Utah (AP) — Classes are scheduled as normal in the Juab School District in spite of a bomb threat scrawled on a bathroom stall.
Authorities say they evacuated schools and cancelled after-school activities Tuesday afternoon after a student reported the message at Nebo View Elementary School.
Police say the message indicated a bomb would go off on Wednesday, but didn’t specify where.
District superintendent Rick Robins says Nephi police have interviewed the student they believe is behind the threat and contacted the student’s parents.
Robins announced about 7 p.m. Tuesday that the situation was resolved and activities would resume as normal on Wednesday.
