(Las Vegas, NV) — Fashion will be the focus at The Shops at Summerlin.
The Howard Hughes Corporation announced new tenants today. The open-air shopping complex, which is under construction, will feature 125 stores, including restaurants.
It will include Michael Kors, True Religion, Sephora and Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, The Art of Shaving, Bath & Body Works, Buckle, Clark’s, Everything But Water, It’Sugar, Old Navy, Pandora, Resto Lounge, Sur La Table, Teavana and Ulta.
Anchor stores will be Macy’s, Dillard’s, and Nordstrom Rack.
Tom Warden, Senior Vice President of the Howard Hughes Corporation (Summerlin) says progress on the major construction project is ambitious but is progressing as expected.
“Everybody has always said ‘ when are you getting these Shops at Summerlin open?’ We feed off of that energy. This is very exciting project, not just for Summerlin but for all of Las Vegas and beyond, ” said Warden.
The shops are part of a planned urban center that will be known as Downtown Summerlin. Even though fashion is the focus, the complex will include entertainment, office, hotel and residential living. The Shops at Summerlin are expected to open in late 2014.
