(Washington, DC)  —  Senator Dean Heller is continuing a  recent tradition of Republicans and Democrats sitting together for the State of the Union.

“Roll Call” says the Nevada Republican will sit with Democrat Jack Reed of Rhode Island for tonight’s address.

Heller and Reed have been leading an effort to extend federal unemployment benefits.

Cross-aisle seating began in 2011, but there were fewer displays of brief bipartisan harmony last year.
