( Las Vegas, NV ) – Nevada foreclosures fell in 2013, but the Silver State still has one of the highest rates in the nation.

RealtyTrac says one out of every 46 Nevada homes received a foreclosure-related filing last year, down 21-percent from 2012.  That put the state second behind Florida.

RealtyTrac says lenders seized nearly 65-hundred homes from delinquent borrowers in 2013, down 55 percent from the year before.
