(Las Vegas, NV) — Jubilee! at Bally’s Las Vegas will temporarily close on January 30th. The longest-running show on the strip is getting a major transformation. Choreographer and Creative Director Frank Gaston, Jr. has a big job in front of him. He will modernize Don Arden’s Jubilee.

Gaston is one of the world’s most celebrated creative directors. He works with superstars like Beyonce. Gaston tells the KXNT Morning News that this is the most difficult job he’s had to do in his life, because Juibilee is such a longtime classic.

Auditions are taking place in New York City, Los Angeles, and in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas singer and dancer auditions are at the Jubilee Theater on Tuesday starting at 9 a.m.

Gaston plans to take his time with the makeover. The show will reopen in March.
