(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Another new sports arena has been proposed.  This one would be located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip.

Former basketball player Jackie Robinson says he’ll break ground this spring on a privately-funded 22,000 seat arena on Las Vegas Boulevard near Sahara Avenue.

The All Net Arena will feature an upscale resort and spa, and will be large enough to host college basketball tournaments.  It is planned to open in December 2016.

MGM Resorts and promoter AEG are also building an indoor arena, on the south Strip.
