( Las Vegas, NV ) – If you thought the high temps in the 40s that Las Vegas experienced during the 3 days of rain the other week were cold, you better get ready to bundle up.
Not only will the highs be dipping even cooler than that, in an online briefing, National Weather Service Meteorologist Reid Wolcott says overnight lows will dip at least into the low 30s and possibly even the upper 20s in some part of Las Vegas.
That prompts the reminder about the Four “Ps.” We need to protect our Pets, Pipes, Plants and Pools.
To usher in those freezing temps, southern Nevada will first get hit with a blast of strong wind.
The Weather Service has wind advisories for many parts of the area beginning as early as Monday afternoon. For Las Vegas, ours starts at 10 Tuesday morning.
