(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Las Vegas Constable John Bonaventura has lost a major battle in the Nevada Supreme Court.

Three justices have ruled the constables of Laughlin and Henderson can serve court papers in the las Vegas township.

Bonaventura had sued the rival constables for doing work inside his jurisdiction.

Bonaventura, whose office will be abolished in early 2015, plans to ask for a full hearing before the Supreme Court.
