(Henderson, NV., KXNT)–Police are looking for a holdup man who they say has robbed three banks in three months.
He has a penchant for wearing hats during robberies.
Henderson Police have released photos in an attempt to identify the suspect, who attempted a holdup of a Wells Fargo on S. Stephanie St. last Friday afternoon. He approached a teller and handed her a note demanding money, but she went to the floor and the suspect left the bank without any cash.
Although no weapon was displayed and no one was hurt, police say the demand note indicated the robber was armed. Police believe the robber is the same man who held up a Chase Bank on Eastern Avenue in early September and a Chase branch on N. Stephanie in early October.
He is described as white, 25-30 years old, 5’7″ to 5’11”, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds. He has worn hats in all of the robberies. Anyone with information is urged to call Henderson Police or Crime Stoppers.
