"Loaded Potato Pinwheels"

( Las Vegas, NV ) – What a coincidence: The annual Pillsbury Bake-off cooking contest was held here in Las Vegas. No big deal, right?

But it turns out the winner is from southern Nevada!

Glori Spriggs of Henderson won with her recipe called “Loaded Potato Pinwheels.”

And she didn’t win just a tiny prize like a handshake and 10 pounds of flour. No. She walks away with a $1,000,000 haul for her efforts!

Spriggs and 99 other finalists whipped up their entries at the Aria resort on the Las Vegas Strip on Monday.

The winning recipe uses crescent roll dough, grilled potatoes, bacon bits and cheddar cheese. We’ve got a link to the recipe for you – right here.
