As part of a plea deal, 24-year-old Justin Teixeira will serve six months in boot camp, and he will have a misdemeanor on his record.  He could have be sentenced to prison, county jail time, probation or other punishments.

Prosecutors say a helmeted guinea fowl named Turk was beheaded at the Flamingo hotel last October.
