(LAS VEGAS, KXNT, ASSOCIATED PRESS)–Two men accused in gunfight outside of a downtown Las Vegas hotel earlier this year have been indicted.
A Clark County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Dustin Bleak and 19-year-old Darion Muhammad-Coleman in the
April 19 shooting death of Dale Borero outside a downtown hotel. They are accused of robbery and murder.
According to police, Muhammad-Coleman shot Borero after an argument over a drug deal. Police say the crime was caught on camera by a nearby surveillance camera.
Bleak reportedly is a four-time convicted felon, and a competency hearing was ordered for Muhammad-Coleman.
They are expected in court Nov. 4.
