2 Men Indicted In Fatal Las Vegas Gunfight
LAS VEGAS (AP) — Two men have been indicted on murder and robbery charges in a fatal gunfight in a Las Vegas parking lot.
A Clark County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Dustin Bleak and 19-year-old Darion Muhammad-Coleman in the April 19 shooting death of Dale Borero outside a downtown hotel.
According to police, Muhammad-Coleman shot Borero after an argument over a drug deal. Police say the crime was caught on camera by a nearby surveillance camera.
KLAS-TV reports Bleak is a four-time convicted felon, and a competency hearing was ordered for Muhammad-Coleman.
They are expected in court Nov. 4.
