GEORGE NOORY IN LAS VEGAS: Get tickets now -- be there June 9!

(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–The man accused of felony DUI in a hit and run collision that killed two people near Desert Inn and Paradise this week had pleaded guilty in a DUI case less than four months ago.

A police report says Hans Bludau pleaded no contest in June of this year to a 2012 DUI case.

Police say that on Wednesday of this week, Bludau’s Mercedes was involved in a collision with a pickup truck which overturned, killing two people inside.

A witness told police she had stopped at the accident and asked Bludau if he was OK, and watched him run from the scene on foot. He was later apprehended in a hotel room at the Encore, where he was registered.
