(Las Vegas, NV) — The Clark County District Attorney’s office has released its review of police-involved shooting death.

District Attorney Steve Wolfson has determined that officers involved in the shooting death of Ronald Morrison in October 2012 acted reasonably and lawfully.

Morrison was killed by police officers after he refused to obey orders and pointed his gun at police officers.

The incident began when Police responded to a report of shots fired at a shopping center near Desert Inn Road and Eastern Avenue.

They arrived to find a man bleeding from a gunshot wound to the hand.

They were given Morrison’s description and found him on the store’s loading dock.

As officers approached, Morrison walked towards them and pointed a gun.
