(Las Vegas, NV) Seven men and seven women including two alternates have been selected from a group of over 30 people to hear arguments on whether Ammar Harris sexually assaulted an exotic dancer back in 2010.
After three days of questions that included prospective jurors thoughts on prostitution, law enforcement and whether Harris himself would testify a jury is now in place to determine the fate of the 27-year-old who is also accused of killing three on the Strip in February. Arguments are expected to begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12th.
Judge Kathleen Delaney heard a wide array questions directed at over 30 potential jurors concerning race, tattoos and media coverage of the Strip shooting.
