(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–Clark County School district police say a sixth person sought in an attack on students at Canyon Springs High School has been caught.
A spokesman tells KXNT that 18 year old Maurice Harvey has been apprehended. He was one of six people who pistol whipped a student and robbed two others the morning of August 30th, the first day of school. It happened at a sunrise breakfast to mark the first day of the new school year.
Harvey is facing charges of robbery and battery with a deadly weapon.
Police had made a public appeal Monday for information that could help them locate Harvey.
