No DUI Charges In Teen’s Death
(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–The Clark County District Attorney’s office says it will not pursue DUI charges in the traffic collision last month that killed a teenage motorcyclist who was a Metro police explorer.
Investigators say Jvon Williams’ blood tests show there was not a sufficient alcohol level to prosecute.
Williams has been accused of reckless driving and leaving the scene after he ran a stop sign and collided with a motorcycle ridden by 19 year old Angel Velasquez. The collision occurred at Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard August 1st.
