(Washington, DC) — At least two Nevada lawmakers are urging President Obama to consult with Congress before going ahead with a military strike against Syria.

Congressmen Joe Heck and Mark Amodei signed on to a letter urging Obama to get approval from Congress before using air strikes over suspected chemical weapons use.

Senator Dean Heller says the president and lawmakers need to work together and “only consider military action as a last resort.”
