City Council Considers Reality TV Show
(Las Vegas, NV) — Las Vegas is a favorite setting for television producers, and one more show could soon be set in Sin City.
The city council votes Wednesday on whether to film a new reality TV series downtown. “Vegas 24-7″ would be shot at City Hall.
Under an agreement with a studio, the city would get $5000 an episode if the show is picked up by a network.
City spokesman David Riggleman says producers have promised the Las Vegas-based series would be “free of cliche, hype and distortion.”
