Harper Hits First Career Walkoff

Bryce Harper hit a two-run walkoff home run in the ninth inning to give Washington a 9-7 win over Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh forced the bottom of the ninth by scoring four runs in the top of the inning off Nats closer Rafael Soriano.

The Vegas native became the first player under the age of 21 to hit a walkoff home run since Miguel Cabrera did it in 2003, the game winner also marked Harpers first career walkoff inn the majors and first homerun in three and half weeks.
