Henderson Hostess Plant Unlikely To Reopen
(Henderson, NV) — Twinkies may be returning to store shelves, but a Henderson plant that used to make the cream-filled cakes is unlikely to stage a comeback.
The Hostess bakery near Nevada State Drive shut down when the former parent company filed for bankruptcy last November. About 170 workers were let go.
Local stores are expected to start getting supplies of Twinkies and other Hostess products today.
