Charges Dismissed in DUI Case That Killed 5
(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–A judge has thrown out the criminal DUI case againt a teenager accused of killing 5 members of a southern California family in an I-15 collision at Easter.
DNA evidence shows that 18 year old Jean Ervin Soriano was not driving the SUV that rear-ended a van, killing five of seven members of a Southern California family returning from visiting a sick relative in Colorado.
And NHV says it never drew blood from a 23 year old with Soriano because they didnt think he was the driver.
Soriano himself had a point -one-two blood alchohol reading, but he wasnt behind the wheel.
