(Carson City, NV) — A medical marijuana dispensary bill is in limbo over its potential cost.
Governor Brian Sandoval says he’s researching claims that it would cost two-million dollars to collect sales taxes and fees from the dispensaries.
State Senator Tick Segerblom tells the “Las Vegas Sun” he’s optimistic Sandoval will sign the measure to create 50 pot dispensaries in the Silver State.
During the just-ended Legislative session, Segerblom and other lawmakers visited Arizona to see how its marijuana dispensary system works.
