CBS LAS VEGAS-A top-secret arm of the controversial Stellar Wind program was set up after 9/11 that allows that National Security Agency and the FBI to tap into the main servers of nine major Internet companies. The program called PRISM was established in 2007 and it collects data from Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube and Apple and will soon include Dropbox.
