(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Mr. Las Vegas is making the move from his longtime estate to new digs.

Wayne Newton is leaving the 40-acre Casa de Shenandoah this week, after plans to turn it into a tourist attraction ended in bankruptcy court.

The 71-year-old entertainer will live in an east valley mansion once owned by a Las Vegas producer.

A scheduled auction of his old home is on indefinite hold.
