Marilyse Charbonneau spent five-thousand dollars on a pair of visits to see Dion perform at Caesars Palace.
Both times, the shows were scrapped when Dion became ill and her doctor ordered her to rest.
Charbonneau wants production company AEG Live to compensate her for travel costs. AEG has not commented on the complaint.
